Orders ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package has shipped.

Curbside pickup available in Toronto and The Blue Mountains, Ontario.

Local Delivery

$5 local delivery available in Toronto, Collingwood and The Blue Mountains. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. 

Canadian Shipping

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $150.

$12 shipping in Canada on orders under $150. 

International Shipping

International shipping calculated at checkout.

Returns 

Tini Monti does not issue refunds (with the exception of subscription bundles). Store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Sale and pre-loved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be authorized by emailing us at hi.tinimonti@gmail.com and must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Tini Monti. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of subscription bundles).

If you are looking to exchange an item for a different size, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. In this case, we will issue a credit for the amount of the item.
